There’s some fishy business going on in the Massachusetts Police Academy. A selection of young and bright men that were handpicked by a powerful Irish mafia lord have been placed to serve as his personal cadets.

The conspiracy isn’t turning out as expected with one cadet being torn between his main purpose of being there and the criminal mastermind that placed him on the force. Another cadet is also a victim of his own conscience, with his professional duties being confused by his real position. Therein lies the root of the drama.
